    You can exchange your tickets on the souvenir pick up stand that is located inside the registration area at the Rosarito Beach Hotel from 7:00 to 9:00 am or at the finish line fiesta.
  2. Is there a transportation service from Ensenada to Rosarito?

    The official transportation provider is Firenzi, a bus leaves every 30 minutes from 6 am to 8:30 am in the morning and from 1pm until 7 pm in the afternoon, the cost of this service is $22 dlls per person and includes bicycle transportation. 
  3. Where can I rent a bicycle?

    Although we do not provide this service, there are various companies that do, TNT Bicicletas is one of them, go to www.tntbicicletas.com for more information.
  4. Should I pay an entry fee for a kid that rides in a bicycle trailer?

    It is not necessary that you pay an entry in this case. The entry fee is only obligatory for kids of 8 years and older since the insurance requires that they are properly registered.
  5. Is there a time limit to finish the ride´s course?

    You should finish preferably before 4 pm, it is important that you advance through the course and get to the aid stations before they are closed. Take note of the closing time of each station:

    -Half Way 1 pm
    -La Mision 2:20 pm
    -El Tigre 3:00 pm
    -San Miguel 3:30 pm
  6. What should I do if I get tired and can’t continue?

    You should stop to rest and wait for a sag wagon, we have 5 of them and they go over the course at different hours.
  7. What does the insurance coverage include?

    It protects any participant between 8-69 years old that are properly registered, riding on the designated course of the event within the established time and wearing the appropriate equipment. The reimbursement for medical expenses is up to 50,000 pesos.
  8. Can I get a special package that includes both hotel and registration?

    The official sponsor hotels offer special deals that include your entry fee and room hotel, contact Rosarito Beach Hotel and Hotel Corona at Ensenada.
  9. Where can I leave my car at Rosarito?

    We do not offer a special parking lot at Rosarito but we recommend that you leave it at Plaza Pabellon.

    We have an official parking lot a few blocks away from the Finish Line Fiesta.

    High performance cyclists acquire this ticket to get a preferential start before the general start line.

    You can purchase souvenirs along with your entry ticket at BetterSignUp.com; you can pre-pay them at the different points of purchase and also the day of the event at the registration area inside the Rosarito Beach Hotel or the Finish Line Fiesta.

    The last sag wagon leaves from the aid station La Mision at 4 pm and gets to the finish line fiesta at 5 pm.
  15. Can my family or friends escort me through the ride?

    The highway is closed to vehicles and the federal police controls the traffic and security of the course. It is not necessary that you bring an escort since we will provide you with enough support along the ride; we have 5 support units, 5 sag wagons, 4 aid stations and 8 ambulances, so don’t worry.
  16. What is the best route to Ensenada for my family and friends who travel by car?

    Tell them to take the scenic highway to Ensenada before 10 am to avoid overcrowding.
  17. Do I need Mexican Auto insurance if I am driving to the bike ride from the U.S.?
